Collection: Paint Couture Velvet Fibers Flocking Medium
Velvet Fibers are ultra-fine decorative flocking fibers designed to create a soft, velvety, tactile surface on a wide variety of creative projects. Apply the fibers over a compatible wet adhesive or medium and watch an ordinary surface transform into a richly textured decorative finish.
